Kardashians and black china's picture
This is according to Tmz...
KimKhloe and Kourtney Kardashian are sticking to their guns when it comes to stopping Blac Chyna from the family name -- and neither marriage nor their mom will change that.
Sources close to the sisters tell us they will not withdraw their opposition to Chyna's application to trademark "Angela Renee Kardashian" -- despite Chyna's side saying there's no legal war brewing.
As we told you, BC sources say Kris Jenner reached out and promised to call off the lawyers. But our K sis sources say that's not how they feel about it. We're told it's nothing personal against BC, just biz -- they feel adding an extra woman to the roster will dilute the brand they've worked so hard to build.

Linda Ikeji Shares Her Old Pictures To Inspire Her followers

Linda Ikeji's Old Picture

The ever beautiful queen of bloggers in nigeria 'Linda Ikeji" posted this never seen before pictures of her when she was competing for Miss Nigeria 2003 pageant, and one could wonder how thin and hungry looking she was during the competition. Well, money is good sha! she also has the following to say to encourage those at the bend of life:

This is me participating at the 2003 Miss Nigeria pageant. I desperately wanted to win because I believed I could use the platform to achieve my other dreams..but I didn't even make Top 10 & I remember thinking it was the end of everything I had planned for my future. I felt like a failure for weeks following the pageant.

I was mostly in a daze, wondering what to do next. I thought being Miss Nigeria was the best thing that could happen to me. If only I knew that God had better plans for me. Because you see, if I had won that pageant, I never would have - 3 years later - thought of starting a gossip blog. I probably would have thought it was beneath me as a former queen...lol.

You see, sometimes, some of the most amazing blessings happen when things don't turn out the way we hoped it would. We think its the end when its just a bend leading us through the right path. You have to trust that God knows what He's doing in your life. Trust Him and trust your journey. All the best!

This unfortunate incidence happened in Ogun State where 4 ritualists including a woman were arrested for being in possession of various human parts ranging from kidney to human skull. The shocking thing for  me is the statement that the woman made where she said she has sold 'only' 10 human heads. That simply means she has killed and sold ten people, and she described that like it's not a  big deal.  Watch the video below...

It was a bad day in office when a lion  attacked and killed a circus trainer during a live show in Alexandria Egypt.
A video of the event, which was uploaded on video sharing site LiveLeak, showed the trainer in a cage directing a lion with a stick with another climbing a ladder as children watched.
A third lion however showed up and attacked the trainer, biting him in the neck, prompting horrified screams from the audience.
Although other trainers rushed to his aid and chased the lion off by prodding it with sticks, the trainer reportedly succumbed to his injuries at a hospital two days later.

Bruce Jenner began his transition into Caitlyn Jenner, the entire world was taken by surprise. Now this is the big deal:

The media has been reporting that the inside sources have hinted that the transgender queen is tired and not comfortable of living as a woman anymore.

The conspiracy theory of many is that his earlier transition could have been done by him 'to reinvent the jenner brand' which wasn't relevant in the reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians anymore.

I didn't believe it at first but this his/her recent picture has got me thinking if the theory is actually true.   See the picture after the cut....

TMZ has confirmed Kanye is at home with Kim Kardashian and their kids. We're told he left the hospital under the care of Kim, and his personal physician, Dr. Michael Farzam ... who called 911 the day Kanye was admitted.
As we reported ... Kanye suffered what people close to him say was a "nervous breakdown," triggered in large part by the anniversary of his mother's funeral.
Our sources say Kanye is not out of the woods ... he needs ongoing psychological and medical treatment.

Do you remember Judge Olu Stevens? The judge who made headlines twice for dismissing all-white juries which would have made for unfair trials against black people as well as expressing his belief that top Kentucky prosecutor, Tom Wine, is racist.

“I recognize how serious it is to accuse someone, either expressly or implicitly, of racism,” Stevens read from a statement. “I do not believe Tom Wine is a racist. I apologize for any statements that implied as much” and he says he acknowledges that, “directing my frustration at the victims of the crime was not the appropriate method or venue to address the subject.”

In April, Stevens was charged with judicial misconduct even after he tried to get the charges dismissed, citing his First Amendment rights had been violated since as a judge, he feels that he has a duty to challenge systemic racism and to uphold the constitution. The judge had been suspended with pay since April, however his 90 day suspension begins today and ends October 30th.

Wine accepted the judge’s apology and insisted that he and his staff would “continue to work for the fair administration of justice for all persons in Jefferson County, including diversity in our jury system.” Stevens declined further comments after the hearing today.

Barcelona confirm €25m agreement to sign Lyon's Samuel Umtiti

Barcelona have agreed a €25 million deal for Lyon defender Samuel Umtiti, club president Josep Maria Bartomeu has confirmed.

Lyon owner and chairman Jean-Michel Aulas had said on Wednesday that Barca had an "exclusive agreement" for France international Umtiti, 22, but added that talks were ongoing.

Speaking at a news conference on Thursday, Bartomeu said: "Barca have reached an agreement with Samuel Umtiti for the fixed sum of €25m.

"What is left to do is to speak with the player, who is playing with France now. When he is finished [at Euro 2016], the deal will be reviewed. OL have already made it official and we are confirming that it is true."

🔊 @jmbartomeu: "Barça have come to an agreement with Olympique Lyonnais for Umtiti for 25 million Euros"

He added that goalkeepers Claudio Bravo and Marc Andre ter Stegen "won't leave" and said Javier Mascherano "is also staying."

Bartomeu, who also announced that Neymar is set to sign a new five-year contract, said Barca's revenue was €670m for last season -- €38m more than the club had budgeted for.

He said that meant they currently have around €68m to spend this summer when factoring in the €8m sale of Marc Bartra to Borussia Dortmund.

"The figure that works is €60m plus [the income received through] the possible sale of players," Bartomeu said. "Prudence allows us to follow our strategic plan and stick to that amount.

"If these positive figures were recurring annually we'd possibly rethink the situation, but for now we stick to this budget."

He also said that Barca are in a strong position to offer desirable contracts to their key players.

"We want to remain competitive, have the best players, enjoy our football and have stars like [Lionel] Messi, Neymar, [Andres] Iniesta and Mascherano," he said.

"So we have a strategic plan to continue facing [this challenge] without having to sell players to cover our debts."

Court sends ex-Adamawa State governor (Umaru-Ahmad-Fintiri) to prison over corruption charges

A Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday ordered the remand of a former Acting Governor of Adamawa State, Umaru Fintiri, in Kuje prison, Abuja, over five counts of money laundering charges involving about N1.9bn preferred against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

Justice Ahmed Mohammed made the order after Fintiri pleaded not guilty to all the five counts on Thursday.

The EFCC arraigned Fintiri  along with Mayim Constructions and Properties Limited (the second defendant).
‎Shortly after Fintiri pleaded not guilty to all the charges, the court heard his bail application but adjourned till Friday to deliver its ruling on it.

Justice Mohammed ordered that the former acting governor be remanded in Kuje prison pending when the court would deliver ruling on the bail application on Friday.
‎In the charges numbered FHC/ABJ/CR/131/2016, and filed on June 16, 2016, the EFCC alleged that the accused committed the money laundering offences involving an aggregate sum of about N1.9bn between October 2, 2014 and July 2015.

‎In counts 1 and 2 Fintiri was accused of indirectly disguising the origin of total sum of N220m (N80m and N120m) on October 2, 2014‎.
He was said to have committed the offence in the two counts by transferring the various sums of money from account number 0313000301 with Ecobank Plc and operated by Timeplex Nigeria Limited into the account number 5742019591 domiciled with the same bank and operated by Mayim Construction and Properties Limited.

The prosecution alleged that Fintiri knew the sums of money to be part of proceeds of an unlawful act of “bribery and corruption”, stating that the alleged  offences were contrary to section 15(2), (a) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2012 and punishable under section 15(3) and (4) of the same law.‎‎

He was also accused of committing similar offence in Count 4 by indirectly concealing the origin of the aggregate sum of N550m on October 9, 2016.
But in the said count 4, the accused was said to have indirectly disguised the sum of N550m through ‎”a term loan of 12 months” purportedly granted to him by Ecobank Plc “for the acquisition of a tea plantation farm from Nigeria Agricultural Bank in Taraba State”.

The former governor was said to have repaid the loan within three months while he was the acting governor of Adamawa State.
In count 3, he was accused ‎of making cash payment of N220m, without going through a financial institution, for the purchase of Plot 7, Gana Street, Maitama Abuja, sometimes in July 2015.
He was said to have made the cash payment to one Hashim Dikko.
This was said to have violated section 1(a) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2012 and punishable under section 16(2)(b) of the same Act.

In count 5,‎ he was accused of retaining in his US Dollars account number 5742019601 domiciled with Ecobank Plc the total sum of $4,830,000 (estimated at N970m at the then N200 to $1 official exchange rate) on June 3, 2014.
The EFCC alleged that the money was part of proceeds of unlawful act of corruption and he thereby committed an offence under section 15(2), (a) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2011 as amended in 2012 and punishable under Section 15(3) and (4) of the same Act.
